Mandy has practised Auditory-Verbal Therapy at SGH since 2001. She is passionate about helping those with hearing loss master language, find their voices to build meaningful connections with others, and thrive in mainstream society.  An LSLS Cert AVT® for 20 years, Mandy is dedicated to advancing knowledge and training others, both locally and abroad.  A new pickleball enthusiast, she sees the parallel in the game to what she does at work: where strategy, adaptability and teamwork will win the day.
