Dr Yuen Heng Wai is Senior Consultant ENT- Head & Neck surgeon at Ear Nose Throat – Head & Neck Surgery centre at Mount Elizabeth Orchard Medical Centre. He is the Immediate Past Head of the Otology, Neurotology & Hearing Implant Service at Changi General Hospital. He received advanced training in ear, hearing implants and lateral skull base surgery in Canada and Australia.

He is internationally recognised for his expertise in treating ear and lateral skull base conditions. He founded and spearheaded the Cochlear Hearing Implant program in CGH, and was instrumental in the establishment of the lateral skull base service in CGH and SingHealth.

Dr Yuen is Adjunct Associate Professor with the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and the Duke-NUS Medical School, as well as the College of Design and Engineering in NUS. He holds a Masters in Health Professions Education (MHPE) and sits on ENT Residency Advisory Committee and Specialist Exit Examination Committee.

He has published widely in peer-reviewed journals and is an editorial member on the prominent Otology & Neurotology journal.
