Dr Vincent Tay is a Consultant with the Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery Service, and Research Director in the Department of Surgery at Changi General Hospital (CGH). His clinical and research interests bridge reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.

Dr Tay completed his plastic surgery residency training in Singapore, and advanced fellowship at Akademikliniken, Sweden. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore, and a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh). Dr Tay has completed aesthetic surgery training across Asia and Europe, and has private sector experience in non-surgical aesthetic medicine and aesthetic surgery for face, breast and body. He is the current honorary general secretary of the Singapore Society of Cosmetic (Aesthetic) Surgeons, and journal reviewer for the Aesthetic Surgery Journal and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.

He also provides consultancy to biotech and medtech companies, supporting innovation from bench to bedside. He remains dedicated to advancing patient care through research, clinical excellence, and industry collaboration.
