Dr Kenneth Oo graduated in 1997 from the Faculty of Medicine, National University of Singapore and attained his Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh in 2002. He completed his Masters of Medicine and is an accredited specialist in Otolaryngology (ENT).  Dr Oo holds a Masters in Science in research.

Dr Oo has extensive international training, having trained at different world class centres. He underwent a clinical fellowship in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck surgery with the Department of Otolaryngology, St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne, Australia, another fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive surgery with the Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, University of Virginia, United States of America and finally a visiting fellowship in Rhinoplasty at the Seoul National University Hospital in South Korea. He was the first Singaporean to be trained in Facial Plastic Surgery and Reconstruction under the HMDP(Higher Manpower Development Plan) Program and is a pioneer in this field in Singapore. He was previously the course director for the Facial plastic course at the Singapore General Hospital.

Dr Oo was previously Consultant ENT Head & Neck Surgeon at Tan Tock Seng Hospital and has been a consultant ENT surgeon in private practice at Mount Elizabeth Hospital since 2012. He manages both adult and paediatric ENT conditions.
