Dr David Low graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS) before embarking on his Residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery in Singapore. During his training, he was granted Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, and earned his Masters of Medicine (Otorhinolaryngology). He then undertook a Fellowship in Otology – Skull Base Surgery at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Toronto.

Dr Low is currently a Senior Consultant with the Department of Otorhinolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, Changi General Hospital.  He continues to be involved in research and medical education with all 3 medical schools in Singapore.
